I've been living here for 12 months, and this is my honest review. I don't usually leave apartment reviews, but I hope this helps anyone who's looking for a place to live. I looked at many apartments in the Orlando, Lake Mary, and Sanford areas, and my top priority was safety. This community doesn't have a gated entrance, but it honestly feels very safe. Outstanding Community and Views! I cannot say enough good things about living at Reveal Heathrow. The cost is incredibly moderate for the amazing quality of life you get here. The views are absolutely beautiful, but what truly sets this place apart is the sense of community—it is something genuine and worth so much more than money. They dont do anything about loud neighbors, they'll just give them a warning if you're lucky but anything beyond that nothing.
Do not rent here! First of all good luck getting anyone to call you back. Was a good resident for 2 years and lived in 2 different units. The last unit was one of the Townhouses. AC was out several times, too many to count. You expect things to work properly when you pay almost $3000 a month. Lastly I had the opportunity to get into a house so I gave them a 30 day notice which I went down to explain the situation.
