UPDATE: STAY AWAY! We are now halfway through February, and the construction is still not complete! The complex was supposed to have amenities finished by LAST JULY—this is honestly comical. Entire lease terms will pass before some tenants even see them completed. No wonder people are breaking their leases or leaving as soon as theirs end. Every city has a ghetto, in Heathrow, Reveal Apartments is the ghetto of Heathrow. If you like tranquility and cleanliness, do not live here. This place is plagued with loud clunkers with loud mufflers, extremely loud car systems coming in and out constantly with their loud cars. Not to mention with people with dogs not picking after their pets. There is side that smells extremely bad since this particular neighbor never picks his dogs poop. Smells bad. Ive had such a positive experience with the leasing office! The staff is always friendly, attentive, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. They make the leasing process smooth and stress-free, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their residents. Thank you for making everything so easy and enjoyable!
Make sure you return your unwanted spectrum service box when you move out. They will not give you any information on returning any equipment and will try and bill you over a year later. RESPONDING TO BELOW: Yes, so if you’re team is cleaning an apartment unit and you’re aware of a spectrum box instead of throwing it away or stealing it it would probably be best to contact the previous tenant so that they can return the box if that’s in the “agreement”. That is until I met Elexus Crosby while searching for an outstanding apartment and apartment community with my son.
