Loved Wendy, her business model and her lovely salon. It was the first time I actually had fun at a hair salon. I rarely get my hair done professionally because I never feel listened to by the stylist. I think Wendy must have spent over 30 minutes just listening to what I wanted, what I liked, and what I disliked. She then got to know my hair and offered well-accepted suggestions.
