Overpriced, bad communication, upsells. I recently had a Honda repaired there. The car was stalling, they diagnosed and replaced the purge valve. Also there was a $200 inspection (luckily it went towards the repair bill) where a laundry list of things needed repair that either weren’t urgent or were unnecessary. I brought my car in for a scheduled 2:00 PM oil change appointment. Despite arriving on time, my vehicle sat until approximately 2:40 PM before anyone began working on it. The bigger concern came afterward, when I was presented with a list of recommended repairs totaling more than $4,000. Among the recommendations were a serpentine belt replacement quoted at $500, spark plugs at $300, a fuel injector service at $440, and a wheel alignment at $280. Bought a brand new car Accord from them in 2016; moved farther away from Ferndale, but always followed up with them regarding ALL maintenance and service (oil changes, timing belts, tires, etc). Recently went in for an issue-grinding starter. Despite always working with Cliff (fabulous, btw) I was scooped up by Aaron and so began my journey of despair and despondency.
