This was my second visit to this Honda dealership. I came to the Pure Honda Ferndale dealership because my attempt to go to the dealership closer to my home (Jeffrey Honda in Roseville) was beyond disappointing *(I will NEVER go to the Jeffrey Honda Roseville dealership again. Dogs running everywhere. Sign on door says they open at 730 but techs don’t arrive till 8. Simple tire pressure check turns into a multiple hour wait. None of the employees are in uniforms or even Honda gear. You have no idea who’s an employee and who’s not. I won’t be back that is for sure!
We bought a new Honda here because they use the Costco program. Saved a few thousand dollars. They had what we were looking for. They were courteous, professional, friendly, and helpful. It was a good experience.
