Pure Honda Parts truly amazing! If you can, definitely come here for all your Honda needs. They know what they are doing. They are professional, very personable, knowledgeable as well. All mechanics are nice and informative. They let me know about a recall I had and got it taken care of. They made my day easier and were very genuine people. They are very fast and get there job done beautifully.
To the management , I urge you to reevaluate your customer service practices and instill a culture of empathy and attentiveness among your staff. Loyal customers like myself deserve better treatment, and it is your responsibility to ensure that your customer service department reflects the values your company claims to uphold. I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with the appalling level of customer service I recently received. Regrettably, I cannot recommend pure Honda based on my recent experience.
