I have had nothing but outstanding care from all of my therapists and my nurse! Rachael from PT takes her time listens and really wants to see me improve each time she comes to see me. My mothers nurse Mimi, Brad with PT, and Russ the PA were all phenomenal! They not only helped my mother heal from her wounds but were attentive to our families needs as well. They helped us navigate the medical system, exceeded all of our expectations, answered calls and texts promptly, and most importantly, got Mom on her feet again. I highly recommend this team to anyone and everyone!
Excellent follow-up right from the start. The PT, Brad, was kind and informative. Russ, the PTA, was so knowledgeable and caring. He "encouraged," rather than "pushed" me to perform the exercises that needed to be done after my knee replacement. By the time I was able to graduate to outpatient care, I was fully prepared to have a successful experience.
