Constantly having to deal with late or no show caregivers not a way to help people I give very low ratings for tis company
This company is no good . I am taking care for my two elderly handicapped parents for over nine years. They told me that they have nurses who can help my dad to change his Ostomy bag which I was doing for 9 years instead they send the nurse who called me 5 times and came with no thermometer and no oximeter . I had to provide everything to examine my dad . And finally she made me completely change the bag for my dad in front of her telling me that she does not have time and she is not a hospital nurse and never done anything ... read more
