Hired Pure Home for my kitchen remodel. I want to make it clear that the overall finish is not a disaster. The reason for the low score is Pure Home's lack of communication throughout the process which caused much unneeded stress & costs for me & they ultimately refused to do some final touchup work to make the project a success.
