I contacted their office on Friday, May 1st for an immediate appointment. The appointment was scheduled for Monday, May 4th. The appointment was confirmed Sunday, May 3rd. My appointment time was 4pm Monday. No one showed up! I called their office several times, and they forwarded my call to voicemail. Finally, I was told their inspector was running late.
