Pure Home came to the rescue when we had a sudden discovery of nasty water leakage that had led to mold hidden under our cabinetry. What's amazing is the speed with which they did the job, around the Christmas holidays we expected to wait forever to get our kitchen back but they turned it around quicker than we could have believed! After being given a price from a visual inspection I was hung up on because I requested a cost breakdown and report. Not sure that it was intentional, I called back and was aggressively told there was nothing more to discuss because I received an inspection and price, they didn't want my job, and if there was an issue we could meet face to face. Understood. I said thanks and hung up. Received 3 back to back calls before blocking the number.
Angel and Franklin were so professional and really worked diligently to find and eliminate all the mold.
This is so overdue. I am so pleased with my new kitchen (completed in early October). Richard and his team did a wonderful job in utilizing all of the existing space. Once the punch list was completed, everything is working GREAT! They had a few surprises in store for me, such as a pull-out spice rack and double doors on the corner cabinets.
