Phenomenal, absolutely amazing, staff, environment, process, everything was amazing! From first contact to Dr. Jessica Simon spending hours with me on the phone to answer all my questions, she also spent so much time trying to figure out our insurance, all the way to the lobby and room environment. They have amazing plans for out of network clients. Our son is non verbal autistic and has been to so many dentist to try and find the best fit for him. We had an amazing experience at Pure Hearts Dentistry with Dr. Simon! My daughter had such a great time from start to finish. The office is welcoming, clean, and thoughtfully set up for kids with lots of toys and fun prizes that immediately put her at ease. Dr. Simon was incredibly gentle and took the time to explain everything she was doing as she went, which made my 2 year daughter feel comfortable and calm throughout the visit. Very friendly and accommodating staff. This office is beautifuly decorated as well. My kids were having aversions to the dentist until we found this practice. Very happy with our visits and would recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist for their children.

We had a wonderful experience for my little one’s first ever dentist appointment! The space is beautiful and totally child friendly! My little one didn’t want to leave he was having so much fun playing in the baby exam room! Dr. Simon and her staff made us both feel safe and comfortable!

Took my 1.5 year old twibs (solo) for their first dentist appointment. One is outgoing and one is deeply shy. Both of my girls walked in and immediately warmed up. The toys in the front room are age appropriate and the space is so baby proof that I could let them explore - which immediately built their confidence and sense of safety. The baby rooms are also incredible and safe. They walked in and played. There’s a sofa and a chair and a floor full of more age appropriate and safe toys.
