Excellent care. Erica is very welcoming. All 3 therapists are caring, knowledgable, and very thorough. They also make the place fun. My improvement was better than expected.
My experience at Novi Pure Healthy Back was truly remarkable. I mainly interacted with Jim, my physical therapist, and Erica at the front desk. They were both great. I originally came in with persistent lower back pain that was affecting my daily life, and thanks to Jim’s expertise and guidance, I’m now pain-free and feeling great. Excellence all around!
I love this place! I've been struggling through horrible neck pain from c4-6 stenosis (those are the worse, but c2-t1 have it as well), and mild scoliosis. With other disc bulges. After a couple weeks of therapy with Jim, and Leah. I'm seeing results, and my constant pain level is going down, Finally!! Insurance makes everything suck. But it's worth it, I know I don't want neck surgery. You can't forget Erica, she is amazing and top of everything, even if you aren't. I have not had one bad interaction.
