The receptionist was spacey and impersonal, the nurse could barely communicate with me and when the Dr. finally got around to seeing my 3-year old son, she had no idea how to soothe his anxiety about being sick and being in the Dr.'s office. When he wouldn't open his mouth, she said, "It looks like we're going to have to do this the painful way..." and got out a tongue depressor to shove into his mouth. Yikes! We're not going back.

I have visited Dr Chasmawala a few times now, once for my yearly physical and few others for some minor cough and cold. So far, She has provided me with excellent service. Just walking into the clinic gives me a sense of warmth and I feel welcomed The staff is very courteous. They are flexible with appointments and on Thursdays they are open till 7pm.
