Pure Hardscapes has been nothing but amazing! We havent actually done business with them however we have used them as a resource. We reached out to them because of issues we have had with our porcelain 3 cm driveway that was not installed correctly from another company. Stay away!! 75% of Pavers cracked within a year and parts of walkway sunk. It cost me $3000 to correct the mistakes they made with a different contractor to sell my home. The coping was crocked I expressed my concerns several times over the phone. Not once did he come out. He sent what he calls his right hand man that has no clue keeps repeating I need to talk to chance nothing was corrected just excuses so I hired a reputable company to correct all the mistakes. Pure Hardscapes completed my lanai extension. They did an amazing job and would highly recommend them. Nicole always kept me up to date on the project. Chance the owner was very responsive and strives to make sure the customer is happy. He sets expectations and follows through on them. I would not hesitate to use them in the future for any paver need.
Chance and his team at Pure Hardscapes delivered when everyone else could not. It’s hard times with material shortages and manufacturer delays but they worked diligently to get the material on site asap and were installing the very next day after delivery.
