We’re now in Stage 3 of my effort to be reimbursed for work not done and over charges on my boat renovation project dating back to October,2017. Efforts to resolve the dispute have gone no where, intervention by the Better Business Bureau have gone unanswered and I have filed a formal complaint with the Grand Traverse County Courts. Looks like Brandon removed my previous Negative review for work “not done” on my boat after having it for 8 months as well as double billing me for some work completed. I guess this removal doesn’t surprise me as Brandon has not been very professional in his dealing with me. Unfortunately, I have had no success in resolving my issues directly, nor through a formal complaint filed with the Western Michigan Better Business Bureau. Pleasure dealing with Pure Harbor and Brandon. I bought some used dock panels for an RV deck. Brandon spent quality time with me selecting what I needed. Delivery easy, the crew was in and out within a few minutes and placed the panels for me. Very courteous.
I trust Brandon Oaks and his crew. They do excellent work. I called Brandon a few months ago, and we set May 1 as the install date. Nick and Shandell showed up that morning and carefully installed our eight dock sections and hoist. They took their time and checked with my wife and me about what we wanted. The hoist was all set for my pontoon when I drove it up from the East Bay boat launch. They also repaired our solar panel and a hole in the dock. They installed the canopy cover and bird stopper. Brandon and his team did a great job with a new dock for our family. He did exactly as he said he would. He had the dock built and installed in less than a week and we are extremely happy with the finished product. I would highly recommend.
