Excellent service we called to order a new hot water service it was delivered and installed in two days. The installer Ben, was helpful, cheerful an asset to your company. I would happily recommend Pure Flow plumbing.
Job was booked with Pure Flow Plumbing for between 8am and 8.30am Tuesday 5 August 2025 and just on 8 the plumber arrived, great young bloke, could not have been more courteous and polite and when the job was finished explained everything that he’d done, cleaned up and off to next job. I will be using Pure Flow for all my plumbing work from now on. The entire team were so friendly, capable and professional. I originally contacted them to install a heat pump water heater and to schedule in some smaller jobs when they could fit them. They finished all the jobs today. I couldn't be more grateful.
