I have been going to Pure Elements for years now and had my first "not so great" hair color a few weeks ago. I left and just wasn't feeling great about what I got vs what I wanted. I love this salon though, so I decided to go in and talk with them about it. They were amazing... took the time to fix my color, touch up my cut, and I walked away feeling incredible. Communication is huge, this salon is the best!!! Thank you �

Jennifer McGarry has done an amazing job both times I've seen her. The first time I went in for an eyebrow waxing and the second time for a massage. My brows are still nicely shaped and the 60 minute massage was exactly what I needed for stress relief and relaxation. Thanks so much, Jenn. I'll visit again. :)
