I didn’t even want to give 1 star. I would not get your hopes up about booking Sarahi. Communication is horrible. I messaged on Instagram and never got a reply. I sent an inquiry and she responded via email. She got my phone number and setup a consultation call. She never called. I emailed again (twice actually) - nothing. I messaged again on Instagram - nothing. I can see she saw my message and I kindly asked her to reply if she was not interested in doing my bridal makeup. Nothing. Don’t even waste your time!
Sarahi is incredibly talented and worth every penny! She did HMU for myself, my bridal party, my mom and my mother-in-law. We had a tight timeline for HMU and she actually finished everyone's HMU with time to spare! Everyone looked so gorgeous all day and night long. If you are looking for an elevated natural look, Pure Elegance has you covered. Besides everyone's HMU looking so good, Sarahi brought such a peaceful energy to our wedding morning. She is easy to talk to and great to be around especially on your wedding day.
It pains me to leave a poor review, because the truth is, if Sarahi communicated with me and we were able to move forward with services, I’m almost positive it would be a 5 star review! Her work looks beautiful. I was so excited to work with her for my micro wedding and we were at a point in communication where she claimed she was available for my date. pure elegance artistry is hands down the best person you can go to for your wedding day or any special occasion. she made me feel absolutely beautiful on my special day. i hired her for my hair and did a spray tan a few days before my wedding day. my tan was natural and made me feel like i was glowing. i have very long, very thick hair that overwhelms a lot of people but sarahi did such an amazing job with it. she did exactly what i wanted and more. she is so professional and so kind. thank you so much for being there for me... read more
