We are relatively new to Chicago and are very fortunate to have found such a competent and kind dentist. My husband and I are senior citizens and have had a few dentists in our lifetimes. Dr Diehl is by far our favorite. His staff are kind and efficient and listen to any needs and concerns.
Very friendly! Took time to explain things in great detail
Somehow the only dentist in the Chicagoland area who I still owe money while having premium dental insurance after they’ve only done routine dental procedures. They also charge you a $30 “teaching fee” every time you come just to improve margins. Really friendly front desk people but this practice is trying too hard to monetize dentistry.
Lauren was a wonderful hygienist - both thorough and gentle. Dr. Aaron is great as usual.
Very friendly staff. I have been happy with my appointments and service so far after making the switch from my previous dental office.
