I have had nothing but positive experiences in my 7+ appointments at this practice. I had a small procedure that became somewhat complicated (not their fault.) Dr. Lotsikas continued to follow up and ensure I healed properly. All staff are Incredibly organized, efficient, and kind (their front office manager is lovely.) I would 100% recommend this practice to others, as well as Gary and Dr. Lotsikas. Pure Dermatology and Ms. Garry Jelen PA-C in particular are phenomenal! In fact, I followed Garry from another practice because of her skill and demeanor. She takes the time to listen to any concerns, and I never feel rushed out of the office. Garry is honest about what she thinks will work or not, and she never pushes any cosmetic treatments. Dr. Angela Lotsikas at Pure Dermatology & Cosmetic Center is exceptional. She identified and addressed suspicious areas during a routine skin check, preventing potential issues with expert precision. The office is immaculate and inviting, the staff is warm and efficient, and parking is effortless. Highly recommend!
I've been going to Pure Dermatology for about 2 years - the office is clean, location convenient, and the staff were all professional. Garry Jelen is wonderful! She took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and provided thoughtful recommendations. I've been to many offices that made me feel rushed and Garry really took her time and made me feel at ease- she clearly really cares about her patients. Overall, im pleased with my experience here and will be a long term patient.
