Staff is friendly and facilitates are very nice. I had a handful of basic services over a few visits and didn’t have any issues until my last visit. Upon checking out, I was told I owed over $100. I was confused since I had already paid over $400, including a pre-payment deposit for that service. I asked the desk staff if I could pay later to clarify with my insurance the correct amount. Have you ever looked forward to going to the dentist? Yeah, me neither until I started coming to Pure Dental. This was the easiest dentist experience I have ever had. The doctor made me feel so safe, and I could tell she genuinely cared about the work she was doing. I’ve had an annoying chip for a while and she talked me through her process and what I needed to do to ensure the success of the filling. Will be back for sure.
The best dental studio to exist! Their whole team is amazing and so kind. Have been a patient with them for the past 5 years and have had so many friends join this practice and love this team. Cannot recommend a better office.
