I had been with crossroads for a year, so when my son had a crown fall out and a tooth exposed I called them. My son had to been seen else where over the years and they said it would be more than a month before they could see him. I went to cross roads and explained my son was 7 and needed a crown replaced. The receptionist was happy to help and got me an apt a few days later. Bad experience with one of the dentist. The dentist took my $17,000 for dental implants that failed. Jeff Rolling did nothing to help me.nothing
If I could give it no stars I would. I’ve been trying to get in contact with someone since February about an issue it is now September and issue is not resolved nor has someone been in contact with me about the issue, every 2 month I would get lucky and someone would answer they phone and they would say they would get back to me about the issue and still nothing. Worse customer service ever. Just avoid this company if you can
7 years with the company! Great work environment.
