Dr. Mitchell and his office came through again. I called mid-morning with a medium concern.They booked me in for 2:00 pm. I was seen at 2:01 pm. Dr. Mitchell and his superb staff juggled me with a busy schedule of Monday patients. I never felt rushed. He repaired a bum front tooth, beautifully, and I was out the door at 3:30 pm. I'm a retired business owner. Every business has a price or product or whatever. Studies show that what really counts is "how does the customer/client feel?" after doing business. I felt great. Great customer service.
Everyone who works here is very accomadating and go out of their way to ensure you are comfortable and that your needs are met. I can be a bit skittish when it comes to seeing the dentist and my teeth were not in very good shape. But there is no shaming and they assessed treatment according to need. They definitely go beyond customer expectations.
