We use Carbon Base/Pure Catering for all of our catering events - client meetings, in-office morning teas, and we especially love our Christmas buffets as an end of year tradition. The food is always fresh, delicious and the delivery is always on time! Cannot rate them highly enough!
A huge thank you to Olivia, Shane and the team for the catering magic they made happen at a local business event we ran last week. It was a success and the abundance of food was noted by all. It was without question we were using Pure Catering for our wedding after being to others they had catered but what was experienced as a guest to a host only made love for them grow. Olivia is an organisational powerhouse. Bar and waitstaff are friendly and helpful. And Cheffies. Just Wow! You converted me to pork after 31 years of not eating it!! Our guests RAVED over the food and fast drink service with the quote of our wedding being "those potatoesss"
