My mom and I tried floating for the first time this weekend and we’re both delighted at the results. The facility is beautiful, relaxing and the people incredibly helpful and friendly to us first timers. I will certainly be scheduling more float sessions in the future.

What an amazing experience. This is a real treat. Joanne and her staff are so kind. The float was very relaxing. I think it will get better and better. As with anything practice makes perfect. I was surprised at the buoyancy created by the Epsom salts.
As a Qi Gong and Yoga teacher, this is a “Restoration Sanctuary” for my spirit. I am leaving a float session right now and this feeling of calm and centeredness will carry me into a deep and restful sleep tonight.
