I had never taken a Barre class before. Went to their Open House yesterday for. Free class. The staff was helpful and welcoming. What a great studio, and an excellent workout!
Had a super class with Danielle. We're doing new routines, working the thighs and and abs. As tough as the routines are, always feel great at the end of class. Love how they change it up to keep it different and interesting. Go Danielle - you're great.
Pure barre wheaton has changed my life so much physically and even mentally ! The workouts are intense but achievable. I've been doing weights and cardio for years now and until I started barre, I never thought my midline could look like it does! Thank you PBW and all it's instructors!!
