I started with pure barre in January and have enjoyed every minute of it. The instructors are amazing, friendly, and patient. There is no pressure to be the best or manage all the exercises to perfection. Barre is for everyone, every fitness level, every age. I have been taking classes 5-6 times a week, and have seen great results.
Love the instructors and the amazing work outs!!! They push me to my limit and I love it! No pain, no gain!!
Good kind of burn!:) finally a workout that focuses on what many ladies are struggling with, those muffin tops & love handles.:)
