Amazing 1st time experience! Glad I came to this studio for the Classic class. The studio by my place was always fully booked, so I never got the chance to try barre out until recently. As a Jiu Jitsu practitioner, my joints have definitely been beat up for the past 2 years. Barre is a great low impact (but still challenging!) exercise anyone can mix into a regular lifting or martial arts routine. I woke up sore the next day and plan to be back for more. Warm and welcoming front desk and motivating coach.
We had a phenomenal experience at Pure Barre La Jolla thanks to Brittany Ficano and her team who helped us to do a "Barre for the Bride" pre wedding private workout class which was so fun :) Following the class, the PB team helped to set up a private event space where we could all have breakfast + coffee & chat. We are forever grateful to the entire PB La Jolla team and can't wait to come back!
