As someone who loves group fitness, Pure Barre Del Mar has a great atmosphere with fun and caring instructors. They've succeeded in building a culture of positive community and emphasis on gaining strength and developing healthy habits like exercising consistently and self-care, as opposed to emphasizing things like weight loss or inches lost, etc.(a.k.a. the things we were taught to focus on with diet culture). I’m lucky to find this studio. Everyone is super nice and the coaches here are great. The workout is very effective for me too. Recommend.
