I went to a 430 classic class and it was great. A lot of variety, challenging, and fast paced but manageable for someone who works out sometimes but not in great shape by any means. I have taken a few classes at different studios thru ClassPass and this is the first place that I was actually sore after in areas that I would really like to tone - upper arms and abs. I could see me really getting results if I were to be consistent with this class for increasing flexibility, tone, balance, and overall stamina.
It was incredible I was almost able to keep up and I'm going to go back .
The staff, from front desk to instructors are so sweet. I love the convenient location in Marina, walkable to anything you need to do before or after your sweat session. They have a great variety of style of classes, and the music is always on point!
