Lisette was amazing! Such a great Define class!!
I love attending classes at pure barre Eastside. All the instructors are friendly, give out clear instructions, and make it fun. I especially enjoy the define class with Jennifer. She makes me feel welcome every time I walk in.
Excellent. Looks easy but once into the poses, trying to maintain core focus with tailbone working is not an easy coordination. The moves although simplistic are with an intense muscle burn.
