Horrible customer service. As a first-time visitor, I was really disappointed by my experience. There was no mention anywhere in the ClassPass booked class “Details” section that grip socks were required. Every other studio I’ve booked through ClassPass that requires grip socks clearly lists it at the top of the class details (not just on the studio about section) so first-time clients don’t miss it. if you're looking to get FIT and SKINNY without bulking up barre is a perfect workout! expect for the first classes to be HARD. you really test your core and leg strength, and might be surprised how much you can improve in your fitness! classic and reform are my personal favorites, but they have something for everybody no matter what your fitness goals are :)
Super fun, efficient classes. The app makes it easy to schedule classes. Staff is great!
I love the Pure Barre community, the challenging workouts, the different formats and the amazing instructors! Everyone is always so welcoming and supportive and I always come out of the studio feeling better than I did before going in. Of course the long term benefits are incredible and I feel stronger now in my late 50’s than I did in my 40’s!
