I have been doing barre for over 10 years! I love it and love the Cardio classes the most! All the teachers are amazing and the community of people makes it extra special! So grateful for Monica owning such a nice place for us all to enjoy! Thank you for being part of our community

Updating my review after 100 classes & my 1 year mark! Still love this studio. Shout out Miya for the Monday classes, kicking my week off right. Such a good community of baddies & kind women, I’ve tried other studios and workouts but this is just something special!!! Love love love I just hit 10 classes and wow, I can see the difference in my arms, and I’m able to run farther.
