Fantastic instructors and a killer workout. It's never a disappointment. Sculpting is the name of the game.
I took 2 classes visiting from Southern Cal. This studio is awesome! The staff is so friendly and helpful. The tuckers were all welcoming and the workouts were fierce. A great experience. I highly recommend this studio!
Awesome workout environment for women of all ages. I love the low impact but hard workout & love the music too!
