I love the various class formats, weights and equipment. I am very appreciative of the consistent 6am time Monday - Friday that ensures I can workout throughout the week with some truly amazing teachers. The lower impact, combined with stretching and weights keeps my lower back pain controlled and doesn't exacerbate previous injuries. I also love the shopping and boutique Pure Barre STA has to offer, something always catches my eye! Pure Barre of St Augustine has been nothing but welcoming to me while I am in Florida visiting family. Renee and the staff have been so helpful and friendly, and the studio is very clean and organized. Thank you so much for welcoming me while I am on vacation. Would HIGHLY recommend to newcomers and vacationers.
