I visited this studio while in town and had such a great experience. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff were welcoming and attentive - gathering my name and giving me a tour of the studio. The class was great - both challenging and easy to follow along. The instructor was present and helped patrons in the class and was easy to understand. Pure Barre Jersey City offers quality classes with well-trained teachers
Unfortunately, my experience here was not the best. This was my second visit to the studio, and after trying several other studios over the past few months, I couldn’t help but feel that this location fell short in several areas. Upon entering, it wasn’t clear what equipment was needed for the workout. The warm-up began very quickly, leaving little time to understand the structure of the class, and the instructor spoke at such a fast pace that it was difficult to follow. This gym is HORRIBLY run. They don't answer the phone. They don't respond to text. I signed up for a FREE TRIAL class, and then they charged me for it. I've never seen a gym run so terribly before, and I go to many. They should really learn how to be responsive and nice.
