I recently moved to the area and was originally searching for a hot Pilates studio downtown, but had trouble finding one. I came across Pure Barre and decided to give it a try—and I’m so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, the sales manager, Dina, was incredibly welcoming and helpful. My favorite workout class!
The downtown Pittsburgh Pure Barre is a great location with outstanding, caring teachers. I’ve been a member for 3yrs and at this point I think I’ve taken classes with every teacher and it’s really impressive how energetic and consistent everyone is. It’s a great fun workout and community.
Was really excited about trying this studio. Came in at 7:58am (studio opens at 8am on Saturday according to their website). The door was propped open but no one was at the desk. They started class early. The instructor came out and told my friend and I that we could not enter class due to their policy because we were late?! I would never recommend this studio to someone looking for a class in Pittsburgh. Terrible customer experience.
