While visiting town, I took Emily's align class today, 9/26 at 9:30... Whoa her class should come with a warning label!!...definitely not for the faint if heart...and yet It was so encouraging to see such a diversity of ages and skill levels...Emily is certainly no novice to the instructor platform. Her voice projection was even and easy to understand, no nonsense and kept us focused towards the next point of relief...I appreciated all the " tuck" exercises as I have been taught it is a fundamental element of barre. After a year’s recovery from bilateral hip replacement, I was looking for a low impact workout to rebuild and tone my muscles, especially in my legs. Pure Barre was the perfect fit! The instructors are so motivating and are always there to be sure you have correct form to get the most from your workout. The classes are easily modified to fit your level of readiness. I’m close to hitting my 100th class and although I’ve come a long way in my fitness journey, I still feel challenged in every class!

I just took an amazing class with Katheryn Z! After two years of membership, I can say the classes are never repetitive or stagnant. You do not need dance experience for the classes and I like the mix in the membership of all ages and abilities. It is a supportive and positive community. All of the trainers have been fabulous. Betsy, Campbell, Katie and Macy are challenging with consistent and patient corrections to form so that I feel I am exercising safely.
