My experience at PBP has been stellar from the start! I was offered a 3 mo minimum unlimited attendance package with the first month discounted and have been delighted so far with the variety and number of classes offered. Warning to anyone considering Pure Barre Plymouth! I was blatantly misled. I signed up for what I was told in person was a one-month unlimited membership for myself and a friend as a birthday gift. The staff member at the front desk specifically told me to cancel the same day to avoid ongoing charges, which I did. Despite following instructions, I later found out I was locked into a three-month contract with automatic renewals that I never knowingly agreed to.
