Warning to anyone considering Pure Barre Plymouth! I was blatantly misled. I signed up for what I was told in person was a one-month unlimited membership for myself and a friend as a birthday gift. The staff member at the front desk specifically told me to cancel the same day to avoid ongoing charges, which I did. Despite following instructions, I later found out I was locked into a three-month contract with automatic renewals that I never knowingly agreed to. Do not sign up at this location. My wife went in person to purchase what was clearly intended as a 1-month membership for her and her friend. The front desk confirmed this and handed her the agreement to sign. Two months later, we noticed another charge on our credit card. When we contacted the manager, she claimed that my wife had been signed up for a 3-month agreement, refused to acknowledge the mistake, and denied a refund. Pure barre is the perfect workout for both mind and body. It is challenging and strengthening- Mentally and physically. It is Low impact but high intensity full body workouts with stretching and great for any age.
