I have crippling anxiety and no coordination but I signed up for a free class at 3 am one night after some wine and then when someone called to confirm said free said class I had too much anxiety to say no and figured I’ll just go once it’s fine. I LOVED that one class. It’s a very non judgmental atmosphere. The instructors are all so nice. Everyone there is just doing their best and having a good time, and I don’t feel dumb for being wobbly or having to modify moves because I’m not “there yet”. Excellent place to get yourself in shape starting from any level. Instructors are great, attentive and make sure that trainees complete the exercises correctly.
