The teachers and front desk staff are so kind and welcoming. I love how they greet everyone by name and welcome us. The classes are challenging and I feel so strong now! The studio is clean and the equipment is in good shape. The community of ladies who come to class are friendly and supportive.
Awesome programs that allow you to work at your own pace and ability with amazing instructors that are professional and supportive. At 65, I’m so happy to have found a program that works with me and for me. I look forward to my classes every week.
