Pure Barre is a full body workout without having to run miles or lift a lot of weights to see results! The staff is very committed and helpful.
I never thought I would like going to workout classes but I love pure barre. Each class is a different workout. You will do similar exercises each class, but I never feel like it’s the same thing. You work on different areas of the body which keeps the class moving quickly. All of the instructors are so nice and are willing to help you throughout class. They’re great motivators!
I love pure barre Mt. Lebanon. The classes are effective and the instructors are all so welcoming. Plenty of classes & class times to choose from. I have taken class at other pure barre studios around the country, but none of them can compare to this one. After my first class, I was hooked. I have made many friends and have been attending class several times a week for over 10 years. I can not recommend this studio enough!
Pure barre has given me a new found motivation and outlet. All of the instructors are so kind and really care for you as not only a client, but as a being. The classes challenge you, but it is so rewarding. The community is what really drives me to keep going.
