I started Pure Barre in May 2025, Combined with cleaner eating(no diet) & the last 7 months of workouts (I consistently went 4-6x a week) I am down 25lbs and have gained quite a bit of muscle/toning. The instructors are lovely. Super helpful and kind. I love the studio & all the fun merch. I could not recommend it more. The best work out routine I have tried out by far. The staff are amazing—always so supportive and willing to work with you to make sure you have the alternatives you need. The constant encouragement throughout class is truly what keeps me coming back to Pure Barre!
I love the classes, the instructors, the clients. It's a great atmosphere with challenging workouts that provide results. The multiple formats allow me to meet my training goals.
