As someone who did not work out at all prior to joining Pure Barre, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a full body workout. I am not motivated to work out on my own, so I knew I needed a class setting. Having an instructor modeling the moves is extremely helpful and having others in the class keeps me accountable and encouraged to keep pushing when the burn starts to kick in. I have been doing pure barre since COVID. it has been a place to exercise out my frustrations and find a calm and welcoming place. Cannot say enough about the professionalism and caring of the staff. Great workout but better a place to gather with friends.
Hands down one of the best investments I've made in myself! An incredible community, fantastic management and teachers, and a welcoming and inclusive studio. Highly, HIGHLY recommend!
