The studio is clean, the teachers are great and so nice, and the classes are really fun!
I like how it works and tones muscles I did not know I had! There are some really great quality instructors who help you with your form and keep pushing you. There are also multiple class formats for a varied body workout and each instructor teaches the class differently to keep it challenging.
