It’s accessible to a wide range of bodies, regardless of age, fitness level, or previous injuries - there are modifications for everything to make it more or less challenging. Love the instructors and the classes here. Super effective and will leave each class knowing you’re making changes in your body. Music tends to be a bit on the loud side so bring ear plugs if sensitive to this as I am and you’ll be dandy!
I have been attending Pure Barre classes for about a year and a half and this is the work out for me !!! I am challenged in every class I take!! The instructors are fabulous!!! Come try it!!!! I challenge you!!!
