Barre has become my favorite daily ritual! I love that the classes are so diverse—there’s always a different workout to challenge you. The instructors are truly amazing; their expertise and passion shine through in every class. Most importantly, it’s helped me hold onto my strength, balance, and core power as the years go by.
I have been with this studio since the first week they opened 8 years ago. I feel stronger on all levels and it is a happy place to be!
All I wanted to do was book my free first class. It's been over a week and nothing has been done. I fill out the form online to book a class and it says someone will be in touch soon, then I never hear from anyone. I write multiple messages on Instagram, no response (but still creating posts and posting to your Instagram story). I write an email, no one answers. Not only do I love the actual workouts, but also the class scheduling/check in process, the instructors and the community of ladies who attend. Since beginning a few weeks ago, I have felt comfortable and welcomed, which is not easy when you are getting back into a workout routine.
