I find the focus on form and the variety of workouts very helpful. No class is easy, even after 4 years
I have been attending classes for about 2 years and have been amazed by the changes in my body. I have lost weight, gained muscle, strength and flexibility. It is the best hour of my day! The instructors are great. The classes are challenging and so worthwhile! There is a true sense of community here.
Barre has become my favorite daily ritual! I love that the classes are so diverse—there’s always a different workout to challenge you. The instructors are truly amazing; their expertise and passion shine through in every class. Most importantly, it’s helped me hold onto my strength, balance, and core power as the years go by.
I have been with this studio since the first week they opened 8 years ago. I feel stronger on all levels and it is a happy place to be!
