I enjoyed the engage class, and I did sign up for the 8 classes per month. I asked for certain days which when I opened the app the representative had changed my days. I then realized, the times were no good for me. And I couldn’t make the classes. I was told there was a 30 day cancellation fee. Which meant I would be charged for an extra 30 days after my cancellation. Ok I was cool with that. I called to cancel today and they told me now there was a 3 month charge. That’s 90 days.
