Pure Barre pulled me out of my postpartum haze! I am a first time mom who only understood the chaos of being a new mother. What I love about Pure Barre is the fact that it's a workout for your entire person—body, mind, and spirit. The intense 50-minute workouts push you physically, but also mentally and let you leave any personal/emotional baggage at the door. And then there is the vibrant community that is always there to support you and lift you up when you need it most.
Pure Barre Athens is a fantastic workout experience. The overall workout is consistently challenging, but the support and individual assistance from the instructors makes all the difference.
