Had my first class today. I did the Align class. My instructor Alyssa was awesome and had a wonderful class. As a ballet dancer, I really enjoyed the stretching portion. My body needed it! Thank you!
It’s a great challenging workout. All the instructors have been incredibly nice and helpful with making sure you’re in proper alignment. they are also extremely encouraging throughout the workout.
Loved the vibes, Kendra our trainer was full of encouragement, and they gave us a free class pass!
