Great workout, friendly staff and I'm already seeing results! Stay strong everyone.
I was a newbie to Barre in early December when I started and was not in great shape. It's been an awesome experience. The instructors are friendly, encouraging and motivating. There's no judgement and lots of help to get your form right and back on course if you miss a direction. I'm a lot stronger, more flexible and getting toned. I went running the other day after two months off, and my legs were rock steady. Not bad for a fiftysomething. There's nothing like a Pure Barre buzz to start your day.
Struggled for years to find a fitness routine that I loved, but Pure Barre solved all that. This is such a warm, welcoming, judgment-free studio with motivating instructors. Best 55 minutes of my day!
I love this Pure Barre studio! The instructors are wonderful to learn from, always encouraging, and very client focused. Well worth the investment to feel powerful, strong, and noticed every day.
