I love this place :)
This studio has ruined Pure Barre for me. One would think that customer service and maintaining good relationships with everyday customers was a priority over nickel-and-diming every chance they can get. Word of advice to all future or current customers at this studio: Don't sign any contracts without saying upfront that you want to opt out of "auto draft", and don't expect the owner to have your back when it comes between her and her money. The only workout class I've ever enjoyed and looked forward to!!! After going regularly for almost 3 months now, I've never gotten so many compliments from friends on my "toned legs" and "looking so fit." Keep doing you, PB VA Highlands! You rock!!
