Pure Barre Ft. Lauderdale has become my home away from home. The first class found me so out of shape, I almost walked out. But I had a whole month paid in advance so I decided to just do it. My transformation and the support and encouragement of my Pure Barre family kept me going. Now I am 100+ classes in and I absolutely LOVE what this method of exercise has done for my body and mind. Wow! As a marathoner and triathlete who also hits the weights, this far exceeded my expectations! I first came with a girlfriend as a social event and 15 minutes in I reported to my friend, "I'd rather be running 20 miles right now." Come on Fridays- it's only $5!

I am officially hooked on Pure Barre! Joined 3 weeks ago, and have been taking 3-4 classes a week, and all I can say is WOW. I've been a yoga and fitness instructor for years, and I've never experienced a class that pushes me to (and beyond!) my limits every. single. time!! Love, love, love it! Ciara is awesome.
