Pure Barre is a fantastic total-body workout! Everyone at the Myers Park studio is friendly and helpful. The instructors guide you through each class, so no worries if you are new to barre. Highly recommend!
I visited today for the first time, my first Barre class ever. The staff was incredibly kind and took excellent care of me! And the class.. straight kicked my butt! I am exhausted and exhilarated and I can't wait to come back ASAP!
